WAC - Stomp
A unique musical theater production created by artists Luke Cresswell and Steve McNicholas, Stomp is a high voltage performance with choreographed percussion, movement and physical comedy. Created in 1991, the show engages audience worldwide through the talents of musicians and dancers from a variety of percussion and movement traditions. In a week of performances at Walton Arts Center, the company will go through more than 30 brooms, 8 lids, 5 trashcans, 10 6 foot poles, 15 pounds of sand, 12 pairs of drumsticks, 9 bananas, 12 boxes of matches….
