Invitation and Referral:

New members should note the member who referred their family to ETC at the time of sign-up. If you have interest in the group but do not know any current members you may contact the Leadership Team by emailing [email protected] .

Service Requirements:

There is not a service requirement to be a part of ETC, but there are financial saving for doing so. There are also a number of paid position within ETC with which you can offset the cost of ETC services and programs.

Website and Email Access:

A required part of the registration process is submitting a request for registration on the ETC website. You will be asked to give an email address and set up a login and password.

Registration Fee Payment Options

An Application Fee (new applicants only) and a Registration Fee is due for each student with this application.

The Registration Fee is due at the time of submission of your registration information. This reserves your child's spot in ETC. The fee and form are required before your ETC account can be activated.

Tuition is charged separately per class once your student is enrolled. Additional participation fees may apply for some scheduled activities. See the Calendar for specific details about events.

Policies and Procedures:

To ensure that those participating in ETC activities understand how ETC operates and the guidelines for participation in activities, all applicants are asked to read the ETC policies, under the "Policies" tab. A member of our Leadership Team will be happy to answer any questions you have. After you have read these documents, sign and submit the Registration Form, acknowledging that you agree to participate in ETC activities according to those guidelines and that you release the group and its leadership from liability.

Mail the Registration Form with a check or money order to ETC, P.O. Box 1757, Bentonville, Arkansas 72712, or you may pay online with your application and scan and email the Registration Form (both sides) to [email protected]

Approval

When the other participation requirements are met, your website membership will be approved. ETC families will need to access the website regularly to check for updates and sign-up through the calendar for activities. The website is our primary method of communication.
